Global innovative company looking for Science enthusiastic Researcher with excellent writing skills
Would you enjoy getting your hands on some of the most interesting research conducted in a company on a mission to reduce toxins used in pest control? And do you have strong writing skills – being able to analyze and convey search data into white papers and documentation? Are you not squeamish with crawling insects, such as cockroaches and bedbugs? Then you have found your next (or perhaps first) position
In this role you will be part of Anticimex, more specifically our team in the CTO office, supporting projects that span technology, biology and service solutions. In close collaboration with the team, you’ll be involved in the following tasks:
Key responsibilities
- Desk Research and Data collection. You conduct in-depth desk research with the CTO office on service innovation, pest biology, and technology by sourcing papers, identifying partners, and analyzing industry trends.
- White papers and documentation. Create clear, high-quality white papers and reports that compile findings from research and projects to inform stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
- Support and analyze CTO Projects. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for various projects within the scope of the CTO office. Work with the team to support research in technology, service and biology.
- Data analysis and presentations. Organize and analyze data from lab experiments, field studies and external research. Present these findings clearly in reports including visual communication, such as charts and graphs.
- Collaborate with your CTO Office team members. Collaborate with biologists, engineers and other experts to integrate research findings into projects that are aligned with the CTO office’s goals.

If you’re after the freedom of a small team and the thrill of global impact, we’ve got the perfect spot for you!
Innovation and environmentally friendly digital solutions
You will be surrounded by passionate colleagues with an ambitious approach to tests, data and analysis. Your new manager, Peter Hohnen, likes to foster an open work environment, with great freedom and room for professional and personal development.
What are we looking for?
Well, we would like to keep an open mind, as our ideal candidate may come in many forms. With that said, we expect you to have a Master’s in Technical Science, Biological Sciences, Statistics or any related technical field. Maybe you already have experience in desk research – perhaps not yet - and instead you then possess strong writing skills and have experience producing technical reports or white papers.
And in a position like this, we also know that an analytical and a detail-oriented mindset are highly useful skills.
Your personality opens the door
You love being in a research environment – ideally with focus on technology, service innovation or biological studies. If you know your way around data visualization tools like Excel. Python and R, it is an advantage. English is our corporate language, so we expect you to master it at a professional level.
What can I expect?
An interesting position in a company where innovation is at the core of the business and where we constantly strive to improve our services. We offer breakfast every Tuesday, a great canteen, mandatory health insurance and we enjoy a good laugh during our workday and care for each other.
