Are you ready to take ownership of RTX’s management systems and process landscape? Join us as RTX’s new Management Systems & Process Manager!
Do you see opportunities rather than limitations across certifications and disciplines? Are you naturally curious about optimizing processes and finding better ways of working across countries? Does sharing key insights to strengthen collective success inspire you? If you can answer YES to all the above, keep reading!
At RTX, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Management Systems & Process Manager to strengthen our business process framework, ensure continued compliance with certifications, and drive process excellence across the organization. If you enjoy facilitating, thinking outside the box, and implementing improvements that last, this is the role for you.
You make us consistent, coherent and compliant
In this role, you will manage RTX’s business process landscape to ensure consistency, compliance, and readiness. The position contributes to RTX’s ambition to further evolve toward an Integrated Management System (IMS), helping to embed principles into day-to-day operations and drive ongoing improvements in quality, environment, health, and safety.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Process & Management System Ownership: You take ownership of RTX’s progression toward an Integrated Management System (IMS) and the development of a coherent process landscape, ensuring that processes become increasingly aligned, consistent, and accessible. You maintain our relevant certificates (e.g. ISO9001, ATEX), approve content from process owners, and facilitate both internal and external audits. You keep systems up to date, supporting organizational scaling and compliance.
- Process Improvement & Internal Consulting: You act as an internal consultant and drive process optimization and continuous improvement across the organization. You facilitate cross-functional workshops (e.g., Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate inefficiencies, challenge existing workflows, and implement effective, sustainable improvements. You support teams in deploying processes and help the organization find better ways of working.
- Quality Tools & Training: You maintain and develop RTX’s quality framework and facilitate the use of our key quality toolbox (e.g. 8-D reporting and APQP framework). You train and support teams in applying these tools effectively, helping to embed best practices and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Strategic Collaboration: You work closely with the Executive Team and business units and ensure processes and Management Systems are aligned with strategic objectives. You bring ideas, inspiration and proposals for further development of our Management Systems and the IT support tools to the management team.
As a part of the Business Excellence team, you will report to Hans Henrik Petersen, who welcomes sparring and is always eager to hear your innovative insights and perspectives.
We’re not just about great workflows – we’re about a great work environment
At RTX, you unfold your ambitions in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues worldwide. With more than 30 years of expertise in wireless communication solutions and over 330 employees across Denmark, Hong Kong, and Romania, we are a global technology company on an exciting growth journey.
Our culture reflects this international outlook while staying true to our roots in Northern Jutland. At our headquarters in Nørresundby, you will experience strong collegiality, close collaboration, and the feeling of being on a shared mission. Communication is at the heart of our work and our culture. We foster an informal tone, a flat management structure, and easy access to decision-makers. Even our CEO shares office space with the team, creating room for dialogue and sparring.
At RTX, leadership is a team sport: we value openness, respect for each other’s perspectives, and the courage to challenge ideas constructively. We offer flexible working terms and a good social work environment – including a great lunch scheme – so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
You are here to help us get better
We hope to hear from you with solid experience in quality management and a strong knowledge of relevant standards, including experience in internal and external audits and certifications related to ISO9001 and ATEX. If you also bring insight into healthcare certifications, it will be considered a plus. You communicate fluently in both English and Danish and are confident in facilitating workshops utilizing your knowledge within LEAN and/or SixSigma. You know how to translate strategy into action and thrive in a production environment where change management and collaboration are essential.
At RTX, you will thrive if you bring motivation, curiosity, and drive. You are not afraid to “step into the room with clogs on” – to speak up, share insights, and help improve processes. You implement change through people, combine strategic focus with cross-organizational understanding, and demonstrate cultural awareness, networking skills, and efficient communication in change management. With expert knowledge of quality tools and a continuous improvement mindset, you are ready to contribute to RTX’s growth journey and help shape the way we work.
